Filed dispute with eBay and then PayPal. Both eBay and PayPal ruled in my favor. The person filing the dispute was located in Tbilisi, Georgia using a Russian email account and I shipped the item to an address in Delaware, US to a different person using the name Nodari Shengelia. |

Just had a bad experience with this person too. He/she leaves negative feedback for many transactions.
I sold them a cell phone that was tested and working fine. They claimed it had an image burn. It didn't, but I told them we can refund them if it's returned to us. They said they were in Canada (even though mailing address is in Delaware) and couldn't return it. Seemed fishy.
