I reported the buyer to ebay and I reimbursed all of the items to the buyer either $40.40. Subsequently the buyer gave me 9 negative ratings for the same transaction. I have reported the fraudulent misconduct of the buyer to ebay and I am penalized by negative ratings from a scammer. The buyer had as username robinsam123 and now he buys under the name of raydar123 |
