This buyer Jeff Meruelo purchased digitally delivered goods (Pokemon TCGO) cards from myself and many other sellers on eBay. He paid with PayPal and waited until after the digital goods were delivered and then went to his credit card company and issued a charge back via PayPal. Despite dated, time stamped screenshots showing this buyer accepted the digitally delivered goods, he still somehow gets the bank or credit card company to rule the charge back in his favor, so there is nothing PayPal can do about it even after disputing the case through PayPal. This guy is stealing digital cards and code cards worth thousands of dollars and getting his money back--committing fraud.
