| Details: | Rafika Bouterfas was rude and accusatory to our customer service department so we canceled her order, refunded her and declined to do further business with us. She then blackmailed us by saying that unless we would take her order, she would do damage to our reputation online. When we told her that if she would not retract her threat we would blacklist her in accordance to our T&C she agreed to, she declared that she had no objection to such as blacklisting and that she would still defame us online. Absoutely rubbish, in fact you were rude and insulting and as I was a paying customer who had rights, I firstly expected a well mannered advisor, instead I had the owner who was horrible and had zero customer service skills, I never blackmailed you but I did say that I would highlight your rude mannerisms and again as a customer I expect good customer service, I am not the first customer to have had the same issues with the owner, please feel free to search and you can see for yourselves.
