The customer requested homework assistance on the 8th of December 2017 on our website, and we have chat transcripts proving the same. They duly paid via PayPal and the service was completed by the 10th as requested. However, they did a fraudulent chargeback around February and PayPal was helpless in the transaction as their bank claimed the customer's account had been hacked. We've tried to reach them concerning the same but they have been unresponsive since.
