1st email:
HiI was kind of looking forward to delivery of this item today (Tuesday), but its a no-show. Its not a disaster, but I can only change the delivery day to when somebody will be in AFTER I have been 'carded' with an attempted delivery. Nobody will be in tomorrow, so I have to wait one further day before I can book a time when we know somebody will be in for sure. This is really REALLY annoying. To make things worse, I have had several cases of UPS dumping a failed-delivery item in an inappropriately far away collection point, then washing their hands of it. PLEASE, FOR YOUR FUTURE CUSTOMERS SAKE, DO NOT USE UPS.

2nd email: Very unhappy with this controller. The thing is built well, but its firmware is clearly UNFINISHED and/or very buggy. For a start, using the search mode does not find any of my sixteen onvif cameras. Software tools such as 'SADP' quickly lists them, but this device does not find any. I had to manually enter PTZ cameras into the system, which was at best very annoying. But even more annoying is that although the manual says is "supports presets", there is no indication of how they are set or executed. The device firmware should be using ONVIF discovery protocol to query all cameras and their presets on the network, but for some reason, either unfinished or a v bad bug in the firmware, it does not discover ONVIF presets on any camera. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, I do not want to return this item, but it looks like I have to, because without presets this device is no good to me. Either let me know where I can obtain a firmware update or let me know of whatever undocumented keystroke sequence is needed to make the device remember then execute a preset position.
