Claimed an unscratched giftcard was redeemed. I mailed it unscratched, and the only way to recieve a refund is to send it in the same condition it arrived in, which she couldn't do. I would have also called the gift card company to see when the card was redeemed to report a buyer.

I have sold more identical cards and have positive feedback for them, after telling buyer it was impossible to have been redeemed I was left alone.
