Just had the same thing happen today. Sold a watch to someone and then he messaged me claiming he was the one that bought it. Said that he had to move to his cousins house because he was in a car wreck and gave me another address to send it to. Contacted the real buyer to verify and I was right.... Nika is a scammer....

Same thing just happened to me and just reported to EBay!! I am surprised they haven’t shut this idiot down.. here is the email I got

Glad I noticed the potential scam...reported to Ebay. My question: If these Losers are so "smart", why can't they figure out how to make a fortune doing something legitimate? Says more about character than anything else.

SOLVED: I figured out the scam.

Nika Devidze resides in Georgia, not Georgia the state, Georgia the country.
1.He routinely sets up new eBay accounts, I assume they get shut down fairly quickly.

2.He reaches out to people after large transactions have taken place, attempting to persuade them to ship the item to the address he provides.

3. The address he provides is mail forwarded service call US SHOP CORP http://usshop.ge/index.php/en/

4. When the company(US SHOP CORP) receives the package, they look at the name and ship it to corresponding address in Georgia. The Unit or Apartment numbers are fake, and not needed since US SHOP CORP only needs the name in order to figure out who they will be shipping to.

So - I smelled a scam. And sure enough its our friend Nika. The original address for the PayPal transaction is a sushi restaurant in Hawaii, even using the sushi chefs name. Did he get a hold of someones PayPal info and is using their money?

He just bought a Panasonic GH5s from me. I already have the money in my PayPal and haven't sent it yet because the request for another address triggered the suspicion. Obviously Im not going to send the camera to the new address. Should I attempt to send to the verified PayPal address? Or will this somehow screw me out of the money and camera or just waste a lot of time?

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site. I will notify the buyer that their information is sent to the public so they can take actions
