Had this item on sale for a very low price. Buyer then sent in an offer, I countered up half way. It was almost a day before she accepted. A week later she receives her package and submits a return request through eBay's MBG because I put in my page NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. She marked it as "Item defective or doesn't work" and in details she says that the fit is not good at all. How is this my problem? She should have made sure of the measurements before purchasing. I put in my listing some measurements but put that they can message me before purchasing if they have any questions regarding the item they want to purchase. For all the other items I have people have inquired on the measurements and I have gladly responded quickly. The item was sold for $12.50 and since she marked this as "Item defective/doesn't work" if I accept the return, I have to pay for return shipping. I called eBay CS and they told me this is a case of buyers remorse and is part of return abuse. Still dealing with this since she started the request 7/10/18. She's abusing the eBay MBG and it's not fair to sellers. I'm losing money from this transaction! Seller beware. She may do this to you. She is a cheapo!
