Ngoc Nguyen AKA Wendy Nguyen

On 11/23/2018 she purchased $460 worth of product, it was delivered on 11/26/2018.
On 2/18/2019 she notified her CC stating product was not as described and stated it was damaged and broke into pieces. She proceeded to state that she sent product back to us but didn't produce a tracking number. She also stated our business line was disconnected which isn't true.
On 5/1/2019 we were also hit with an arbitration fee of $500.
We are now at a loss of $960.
