Buyer ordered an expensive book via Amazon and shortly after sent a cryptic email that read "different shipping address". We emailed back via Amazon to explain that by Amazon's guidelines we can not change a shipping address once the order has been placed. To change shipping address the original order must be canceled and the item re-ordered at the new address. Buyer failed to respond to several emails so the book was shipped as ordered.

A day after the order was delivered the Buyer sent a return request via Amazon stating the book was defective .. with a comment that "book has a very strong musty/mildew odor that makes it unusable." Under Amazon's new policies the return was "auto-authorized" and we were billed for a $5 UPS return label and required to give a full refund of the original purchase price and shipping. When the book was returned to us it appeared to never have been removed from the original packaging as we shipped it and it had (to our senses) no noticeable odor or smell.
