Buyer failed to check size chart before ordering. We highlighted in the listing to urge buyers to check size chart, and also emphasized the sweatshirt is in Asian size. Buyers got the wrong size because of not checking, and he never cotacted us to resolve the issue. Instead, he immeidately left a negative feedback and left unfactual comments. And he never responded to our email when we sent him an email asking for more information about the transaction. Very unfriendly and unreasonable buyer!
