Buyer received our product (tracking # 83201399969098). He then left negative feedback and said our item is broken. We have 100% tested item OK before shipment. Still we agreed to send him a replacement and he should send the first one back. But he never replied to us or send us the first item back after he received our replacement package (tracking # 83201486212090). Dishonest buyer!
