This is a scammer who uses a fake name and uses a reshipping firm that’s part of the scam that will ship the product that you send outside the country. Somehow they have scammed PayPal to be listed as a verified seller.

The day after payment, after he finds out you ship the item, he then claims fraud and files a dispute with PayPal to get his money back after the product is on the way to him to be re-shipped from the US address to the Georgia/Russia address that was not disclosed. There are multiple scam alerts for this delivery address and a couple other addresses in the same area with close addresses that are used to track post office to still deliver to the address (a we ship the agent that ships the product out of the country, and was set up to participate in the Fraud. Here are two of the addresses that are scammers. Do not ship to those addresses under any circumstances or anything with a close street addressed to these addresses. They will change the address a little bit to make it look like it was miss addressed, so the post office will still get it to their scam reshipping business.
