one of the worst buyers to date. arrogant, demanding and borderline blackmailer. complained for absolutely minor reason which has to be expected in a handmade item. claimed one stone in a pair of earrings is slightly off center. i offered refund upon return. then the buyer turns around and says give me a partial refund and i am ok with it. i refused. i offered full refund or exchange. the buyer refused to return it. claiming she will not pay for return shipping. i told buyer to file an ebay claim which she did. i answered with offering a refund upon return. then the buyer escalated the case and ebay refunded the buyer in full without returning the item. i was not held liable either. ebay paid for it. then the buyer turns around and has the nerves to leave a negative feedback. stay far away from this very nasty individual blackmailer.
