Buyer bought security equipment and claimed it was not as described. Attempted to extort new equipment, but would not send back the original equipment. Filed Police report with Indianapolis PD and requested investigation. Also filed theft/fraud report with the Indianapolis FBI Field Office. Buyer then backed off of his claim and stated that he would keep the original equipment.
