I just went through a case with this buyer I blocked. Horrible. Ebay refunded her and didn't take it against me. But why keep this horrible buyer?? I reporter her and this is what happened:
Buyer stated the zipper was broken and sent poor pictures. The buyer left several negative feedbacks to sellers. Not a happy buyer. My listing shows clear pictures of the zipper up and down. I inspect every item I list and would never sell a defective item.
This was a $4.99 dress. It probably was too small and she broke the zipper trying it on.

Sorry to hear this person is still wreaking havoc on eBay. Best you can do at this point is to report the Buyer and let anyone you know to place her on their BBL.
I'm not sure why eBay doesn't boot people like this.
