This scam is brought to you because of PayPal. Remember those asshole scumbags did a commercial not to long ago, where they said to buyers that they can file a dispute and keep the item. Now because of these assholes buyers are filing fraudulent disputes making all types of bullshit lies thinking they can keep the item for free.
