Definitely an eBay scammer. Opened a return on eBay that the item arrived damaged, yet when asked for pictures, the item was photographed INSTALLED on his gun. Did not accept his return on eBay, and he was unable to escalate it due to his privileges on eBay being removed for that option. (Because he is a known problem. Not sure how he even still has an eBay account.)
