Buyer bought a pair of fog lamps fully described to fit a 2002-2006 4 door explorer "NOT SPORT TRACK" along with closeup front & back pictures
Buyer claimed prior to any contact that it "does not fit his 2004 Explorer & wants a full refund" on a ebay dispute. I suspect he/she did not have a Sport track style as described. On the eBay dispute my response was "please call me I need more information". Immediately the buyer escalated to a claim.
I made several phone calls in attempts to resolve the problem with either a exchange or return. Terms of sale stated that returns are allowed minus cost of sale and 10% restock for any reason but I was trying to arrange a return label so the buyer will not have to pay return S&H that could possibly be done with a simple phone call.
I received a unwarranted negative feedback and called the buyer informing of my reports I will be placing to warn other sellers. Only then did I receive a return phone call
