Details: | The buyer said the order did not arrive. After waiting a couple days and it still not showing up, I asked the buyer if they preferred a refund or replacement. Instead of responding to me, they filed a claim with eBay and dinged my account for "not working it out" with the buyer. If you do not respond, how am I to finish resolving the issue? |
