Details: | Buyer bought a $1200 printer. After 2 weeks, he claimed that the printer was defective and wanted a refund. We told him to send it back for a refund. He then filed an a-to-z claim for a refund with no returns. The claim was denied by Amazon. He then filed a chargeback on the order. The buyer simply wanted a free printer scamming us of $1200. |
