He then filed an a-to-z claim for a refund with no returns. The claim was denied by Amazon. He then filed a chargeback on the order. The buyer simply wanted a free printer scamming us of $1200. |

Tell the truth!
You had this printer in a non temperature controlled warehouse and claimed the printer was new with warranty!! By the time you sent us the printer the manufacturer warranty was expired. This printer sat in a non temp controlled warehouse and the PRINTER DOESNT WORK!!! You’re the scammer and we’re going to report this post to Amazon.
