Buyer stated he received a damaged item. We issued a prepaid free label to return the product for a full refund. He demanded we refund him or replace the item without receiving the item back to us. Sometimes we will do this if the buyer seems reasonable and its less than $25. This was NOT. It was a $250 item! He then went on to get a refund from Amazon directly, (non a-z claim) and left retaliatory feedback stating he was refunded by Amazon and we did nothing for him. Stay away from this manipulative buyer. Nothing but trouble here.
