Abraham Cho did not receive our payment confirmation email, because he had misconfigured his junk mail filter and neglected to see whether our email was in it. When we asked him to solve the issue and report back to us the next day whether he'd found our email and warned him we'd cancel and refund if he would not do so, he never reported back so we refunded his order, since in our experience, customers often do a chargeback when they don't get our confirmation emails. As we explained Abraham Cho as well. Then Mr. Cho contacted us again, asking why he was blocked from purchasing. We explained that to protect ourselves against chargebacks, we won't sell to people we can't communicate with. He then said that he simply didn't want to bother, contacting us. When we responded that we also don't want to sell to people who can't or won't follow simple requests or instructions, not when they want to purchase a medical device for invasive self-treatment, he replied that he would do everything in his power to ruin our company.
