| Details: | Buyer opens a request for a refund as soon as he can ignoring the fact that delivery date is not even close. He even mentions wanting a refund from 1 week after item shipped being this an international sale in which shipping takes 3 to 4 weeks(and is clearly described int he listing 2 times). I have no problem refunding buyers that have not received their items, however, these cases are so obvious that they are just scammers taking advantage of the ebay shitty delivery dates/claims system. |

This seller eBay ID xmemohavokx is a liar and has reported untrue facts. The item #302282462825 purchased and shipped January 25th, the estimated delivery date was February 13th, the claim was started on March 7th (41 days from being shipped). The listing states a delivery time of 20 to 40 days. If the seller is so upset with eBays' delivery/claims system then take your case up with eBay and stop blaming the buyer for following the rules. I have been a buyer on eBay for just under 5 years and have a perfect record with just under 5000 positive feedbacks = more than 3000 happy sellers. This seller was reprimanded by eBays' security department for sending me death threats over this matter, (please see case ID # 5164196039). All of this can be verified on eBay.com. I am just amazed that people like this can go and submit any untrue claims as they wish on sites like this and I cannot have it removed??? What an absolute joke.
