Buyer bought very nice brand new home applicance. Buyer then waits two weeks to write us a message stating it is broken and not new. We tell buyer to open a formal return and send photos of the damage they claim exists. Buyer then tells us a sob story about how they are so old they don't own a camera of any kind. They buyer demanded money back with zero proof.
