First off you know whats whats involved with selling on Amazon and that type of product. Don't sell high ticket items online, because your just opening yourself up to fraud. State your policies, specially the shipping, make them upfront and point blank. Say i you want this thats what its going to cost. Make sure the cost of the extra services is automatically billed. Not billed again for it, a lump sum total. If assholes like him give you any bullshit refund the money and tell him to go fuck themselves. period.

I accidentally found this defamation post. What a loser! I explicitly put my address as Soho, Manhattan. The delivery company called me before the first attempt and told me they would leave the furniture on the sidewalk. When I told them it is unacceptable, they said they would work with the seller and attempt a second delivery. 10 days later they scheduled the second delivery. They gave me a 10-hour delivery window. When they showed up around 4pm; they still left the furniture on the street. I moved all to my floor. How am I supposed to hire labor guys if they give me a lax delivery window.
