Mind you we sell technical DVD's that have to be unzipped! (It says it all over the ads, the instructions that come with the discs, on the discs and the envelope of the disc! Here's his review ~ 1 cd was scratched or something... wouldn't work correctly, so I contacted the seller and they asked me to take a picture, and other stuff.... I was like screw it...I shouldn't have to do all of that for 1 cd... it's not like I asked for the whole set again. We asked him a few tech q's like did you unzip it? If it's scratch upload a pic and we'll send you a new one but we need to see front and back ~ the front has the activation number one it and I think he new we would deactivate that one! Complete scammer sellers beware!
