Received merchandise and then filed a claim with PayPal saying it was not as received. Offered a refund if returned and refused to return it. PayPal forced return of items and buyer sent a package filled with rags, providing tracking info to PayPal. Initially, PayPal refunded buyer, but after I placed a call explaining what happened, they had me sign an affidavit and reversed the refund.
