This bad Buyer have filed a chargeback with their credit card issuer 2 months after receive his marchandises
because he not find how to install his marchandises despite we trying to help him
and giving him directly the number of the mechanic from the marchandise brand that waiting his call for explain how it's work.
Despite our help this bad buyer not contact us again and 2 month later after receive his marchandises open a claim with his credit card issuer for a full refund and insult our customer service after we contacting him for trying to understand why he open a claim at this time without contact us previously.
