They did the same thing on one of our auctions, bid, never paid, never responded. They also go by another name of memepa2one, they used this same name to bid on the same item. They have been reported to ebay. Sellers, beware.

Katrina, if you see this STOP the irresponsible behavior!
Know that when people search for your name they will see this. Potential employers, family members, etc. get help. Stop punishing upright sellers with your issues.

Just reported her again to ebay...she uses several different usernames..her most recent one is dixiechick104
There is something wrong here....deliberately bids on items after you hand her in for non payment, opens up a new account and bids again....

New name is vintagedolls2014. This is the SECOND time she has bid on my item and not paid (same item). I reported her to eBay under her original user ID which has over 30 feedback that say non payer. How is she still allowed to have an account?

Please just keep on calling eBay. I'm sick of it too... There was another seller/buyer I had HUGE issues with spanning a couple years - 040blackcat in Australia. Her original ID was finally deactivated by eBay.
Please know that even if Ebay doesn't do anything, anyone who Googles Katrina Floyd of Georgia will see this. Potential Employers, Family Members, Old Classmates, Romantic interests. She's doing a lot of damage to her name.

She has another username and I just caught her bid at the last minute but was too late to cancel one..she won the other one, but I had ebay cancel the item.
The new username is poppy212014. I have lost track at the many times she has bid on my items and not paid.
She does this on purpose..it must be some type of game to her...
