His trick is to leave negative feedbacks for his transactions, and wait for sellers to respond to request refund for items that don't have any defects and as described. If you look at the feedbacks he gave fellow sellers, it's horrible. It's disgusting that eBay tolerate this type of fraudulant buyers. |

He left 3 negative feedbacks to the same seller in 2 months, and kept saying the items of that seller are crap. However, he kept on shopping with this seller. This is so horrible.

All of the above are false. If you do actually look at the feedbacks he left for his buyers, he only left less than 4 negative feedback due to not receiving the items. The total number of positive feedback left was 54 and total negative is only 4. Leaving less than 7% negative feedback is reasonable. So leave this buyer alone, he did nothing wrong.
