Details: | Buyer made a false item not as described INAD claim in returning a pair of jeans listed as women's 30x33, stating "Inseam way off, not 33. Measurements of waist provided by seller do not match mine." In fact the measurements in the listing were perfect. The waistband measured 32" which is normal for a size 30. In fact she submitted a photo with the INAD claim that showed a 32" waistband same as our listing but claimed they were tight in the waist due to our incorrect measurements. She submitted a photo with a ruler of the inseam but did not straighten the inseam and did not correctly place the ruler so it showed 31.75" instead of the 33" if measured correctly. We also do free returns, so she did not need any reason at all to return for free, just "didn't fit" but she chose to hurt an established seller with a false claim. We are out $16 round trip shipping, having to appeal a false INAD, and await to see whether she leaves bad feedback which we will have to get removed as well. First INAD claim on us in the last 1,470 transactions! |
