There is no such thing as a fake card payment. If it was fake then it wouldn't of never appeared on his account. If he is making claims that it wasnt authorized, then the person is a downright fucken moron. The first thing they are going to look for is tracking information to see if it was delivered to him and the credit card billable address. Then you take the address, his phone number, his name, and IP address and link it all to the credit cards billable address. Save all emails and everything you have regarding the sale that links him to the transaction. Remember to place restricted delivery on high priced items. He didnt respond to you because he's a fucken thief and now he's caught.
