Tried to open a case against me when a package was delayed and still in transit. I offered him a free replacement if he could cover the cost of shipping but he refused to and insisted I give him a full refund or sent another order to him for free including shipping.

He not only left a bad review, he also called me a b*tch and said f*** y** to me when I told him I had no control over shipping and it wasn't my fault it got delayed. He said I should've paid for a faster service and that he did agree to have the order shipped USPS, when the idiot used a PO Box address in Hawaii so the only way I could send the order to him was via USPS Priority, and the listing only included free Priority Mail anyways in the first place.

A horrible buyer, unreasonable, and I hope no one else has to deal with him.
