| Details: | This "buyer" (jinfwan_0) is a crook, makes buys for drop shipping and as a problem arrises, because of that, it is the seller who have to face with the problem.
he is not the real buyer, mr. Jinfa Wang made drop shipping to a third party, in order to make money at my expense and yet without taking any responsibility.
The item was sent to Germany to the address listed in the sales details to the person who actually purchased the item, from Germany, while this "buyer" is from China,
Obviously there is no connection to each other.
the German customs was holding the package to get their taxes, but the real buyer didn't want to pay, because the amount is high.
jinfwan_0 couldn't finish this sale without paying the customs, so now he passed the problem he made over to me, claimed for refund in the reason of not recieveing the item, and eBay cooperate with this scame and refund him out of my money.

In addition to what is written above, eBay does not refund the fees charged for this canceled transaction.
Another $120 went down the drain.
Could this be grounds for a lawsuit against eBay?

Thank you for the warning. I have rejected his offer on a high priced item as it will be destined for Germany and will attract high import duties. I noticed another seller had also cancelled a sale that too was destined for Germany.
