| Details: | This woman ordered a pair of shoes from us. We received the shipment back from UPS over 3 weeks later marked as "refused". We opened the box and it looks like she wore these shoes EVER DAY for 3 weeks. There were knots in the laces and scuff marks all over. I've been in the shoe business for 27 years and I can tell you that these shoes were worn HARD for 3 weeks. DO NOT sell to this customer! |
