(#120628351298) - Sold on March 19th, 2011 and paid seperately from the other item she purchased from me ...........On March 30th left this negative comment - "Still have not recieved this item" - tracking information shows that it was delivered on the same day that she received the other item -After I left her the negative I told her that if she truly did not receive it she should go to the post office and file a report and file an informational report with the police - she refused to do so. ............ Polly Pocket WITH YELLOW BOW Blue Bird - 1994 Lights Up (#120623780036), purchased and paid on March 19th, 2011, seperately from the item that she purchased above.......... On the same day within 5 seconds of each other she left this negative comment - "VERY displeased with this item. It DOES Not light up!".................The item takes batteries, which did not come with it. She needed to put batteries in it before it would light. The original auction before I changed it said I did not know whether it lit up or not. She told me where to find the battery case and my friend and independent employee opened it and tested it out. We found that it all lit up and changed the auction to express this. She never called or emailed me with any problems. I would have been happy to take them back. I had a buyer who had offered me twice as much as what she paid- after she purchased them. So I would have been very happy if she had done so. now, is to late the other buyer bought elsewhere! NEVER CONTACTED ME WITH ANY PROBLEMS! |

You did not contact me. I have all emails from other people in regard to different transaction's. They appear both on my email account sent and in my email folders as well as hard copys in my filing cabinet. I have nothing from you - except the intial conversations.
You waited 1 year and 3 months to make a comment. You are truly behind a bit. I never lied to you about anything. I don't practce lying - you have a faulty memory - as I have the written one. It is easy for me to remember the facts - since all I need do is to read them.
It is not my policy to chase customers away - call me stupid but I would rather keep them and have them rebuy from me again. I'm funny about things like that.
I also have all the copys from the post office - hard copy. And of course I can find you under the negative comments on Ebay - then I just compare the times and whamo - you have been caught with all your made up facts in tact.
For your info - I keep all my records for a life time. In fact I still have copys of my checks when I first left home in 1968.
