The buyer purchased an item from our Amazon store only to request a return immediately upon receiving the item and demanded a full refund. The buyer indicated the reason for the return was that she thought she was receiving a different fabric from the one that was advertised. The item the buyer received was exactly as described in the images and item description. The buyer's return request was not automatically authorized by Amazon when they are usually. The buyer's account could have been flagged for too many return requests or for fraudulent returns. We explained that the buyer's request will be authorized and she will need to return the item in its original condition for a refund of the item price less original and return shipping charges. The buyer then filed an A-to-Z claim for the order. She refused to return the item and accept our resolution for the order. SELLERS PLEASE BEWARE. This is clearly a scam to receive a free product. The buyer will purchase the item, complain about the item, request a return and then file an A-to-Z claim without returning the item. This is why it is important to document EVERY sale prior to shipment. We have proof of the item's condition prior to shipment and will forward it to Amazon as requested. Please be cautious when dealing with this specific buyer. Report any and all suspicious activity. We hope that this report will help future sellers from being scammed.
