Well who's fault is that, not hers but yours! You sent an item without tracking, so right then and there you cant prove her wrong. You make assumptions. How is she going to know that this post even exists when you didnt include her email address. STRIKE 2!
STRIKE 3 : your the seller, and its disclosed in the seller agreement of Amazon. that you are responsible for hte package's delivery. If you cant prove delivery then you loose.

It was tracked!!!! Post office verified delivery!!! Delivery is confirmed!!! But she claims it wasn't. Technically this is an issue between her and her postmaster. I performed and did everything I was asked to do and it provable. Either she is lying or the post office did not perform their duty. I have no way of knowing who on that end is wrong. But I have proof of delivery. No three strikes. I am very tired of the many many times when I call thier post office and let them know that I have put in a complaint it magically appears that they have it. This one is suspiscious in several ways.
