This Buyer purchased a custom made, wooden Grid Board and Crystal Set from us. She emailed us stating we had shipped her a "damaged" Grid Board, because it had a pin size hole in it. She "demanded" that we ship her a replacement Grid (at no cost to her) immediately.

We told her there was nothing wrong with the Board, and our listing clearly stated that since our items are made from natural wood, or are natural stones, that customers need to expect that there is going to be look, color, and pattern differences. We explained to her that since the Grid Board was made from Natural Poplar, the pin sized hole was most likely caused by a branch that once grew there. Since this happened "naturally" there was nothing wrong with the wood Grid Board that was shipped to her.

This Buyer was really nasty and demanded that we send her photos, of other Grid Boards, that had holes in them, and then "maybe" she would keep the board as is. We then provided her with 9 different photos of Grid Boards with natural tiny holes, discolorations, and pattern differences.

This wasn't enough for her. She kept blaming us for shipping her a faulty product, and then opened an "item not as described" case against us (which we won, because eBay could see that we had provided her with everything she had asked for, and she was just being unreasonable in her demands.)

Hopefully no one else will have to deal with this Buyer, who was just out to get something for free, and who is obviously clueless about buying items made from natural products.
