Details: | This costumer bought a military item; used on a hunting trip for 2 weeks then wanted to return it. Lied to EBay claiming that the item wasn't as described ( wrong color, wrong brand, wrong everything!) in order to circumvent my "no returns" policy. This same kind of item have been sold to other buyers who were very satisfied with it. But I agreed to make an exception (it was the first complain I had regarding any of my sales) and accept the return. He went ahead and demanded a refund from eBay anyway. I sent him a prepaid envelope and got my item back just to find out it was all stained and with a hole in it ( it was a riffle magazines pouch). So the item which originally sold for $64 is now only worth $20dollars, besides all the expenses which occurred trying to deal with this person and because the pouch now is damaged. And after ripping me off he left a negative feedback, which I asked eBay to remove; they did. |
