This buyer is a fraudster on eBay. He will purchase the high value item from eBay and then return the garbage to get the full money refund and keep the item. We sold Brand new iphone XS max to him and in return he sent the icloud locked iphone 6s plus garbage to show the ebay that he has return the item to claim the full money refund. We have filed the police complaint against him and the investigators are trying to contact him from NYPD department. Be aware he and his falimy has a criminal history openly available on the public record. He is a big time Fraudster and shame on ebay. Do not go by his high feedback. I am sure he must have multiple ebay ids to do the fraud by using one ebay id to buy and other ebay id to sell.
