After waiting 4 days and after sending 3 messages to buyer asking for him to communicate with me, I told him I would put the item up for a second chance offer if he did not reply within 24 hours, buyer finally replied and got mad and flipped his wig and he also stated he did not want to do business with me, I said neither do I and that I would send a cancel transaction message (which I did). He also threatened me with reporting my account to ebay claiming he was a SONY expert and the item I was listing was not (NEW,Other) when it in fact was (new out of package).

Then why did you bid on it you petulant fool?

So I sent cancel transaction notice to buyer and informed him the item was no longer available to him and to accept cancellation agreement so we could put this fiasco to bed. Buyer did not agree to cancellation notice and sent payment to me after I told him I sold and shipped the item already to another bidder. I sent buyer refund immediately (paypal) and the next day I had a neg feedback. He had the audacity to say in the feedback that the item he had never even seen or touched was not (New,Other) and that I failed to ship the item to him after item was paid for because he was 'knowledgeable' and an 'expert' in Sony products and the product was listed fraudulently as (New,Other).

How can you grade an item you have never even received in person?

Well I called ebays trust and security dept. It took them all but 5 minutes to look over all of the messages and go through the whole ordeal, ebay removed negative feedback and gave him a warning on his account for what they call 'feedback extortion'.

Whats funny though is this guy when he finally wrote me back for the first time after 4 days basically explained his whole life story to me and named by model number Sony products he owned he listed around 10 items and said he had 400 plus Sony products and he is a MASTER Sony Hobbyist/Enthusiast, (like a care) he even told me he had to go to his daughters open house the night before as a reason he never replied to my request for communication, like any of that matters to me. All in all this guy is a rude piece of trash and tried to extort me using the feedback system, I am glad ebay put him in his place after it was all said and done. AVOID THIS BUYER!!!

Ups-worka has only left one negative feedback. If that one negative feedback recipient is the one who posted this file, that person is sbuchalski05 with only 80% positive feedback.
