Obviously its a stolen credit card. that NJ address is a fowarding company where this asshole will use to have the items ship to then redirected, then the account holder disputes the transaction. ONly ship to physical addresses and no po box or po box addresses, they can scam you and immediately leave where you have no chance to catch them.
