Buyer left negative feedback for a Rose oil perfume. Feedback reads: "The item is not new. It has been used. The bottle is not full."
This is international transaction and there was no email from the buyer, no opened case, nothing.
The problem is that she (the buyer) accuses me of doing something very wrong. I never ever thought of selling USED cosmetic products. I never had such products, and I never will. I have only one source for this brand of products and it is the original manufacturer's warehouse. I receive all cosmetic products in sealed bulk factory boxes. If I receive a product which has even a small defect, i.e. due to improper handling during transit, I will throw it away, or I will give it away to a local person. It is not possible for me to sell any used cosmetic product, or products with any other defects. I'm a 100% perfectionist about this.
It is a bit strange that this buyer set her feedback to "private". Probably because she did something wrong in the past as well, or maybe because she often leaves negative feedback without any reason for random sellers.
