regardless of whether it was a stolen credit card or not, you should of known immediately that the address didnt match the credit card's billable address. the second that happens, you have an immediate flag of fraud is being committed. if you have disclaimers that say you only ship to the credit cards billable address, customers arent stupid, they are assholes, and they place an address other then the credit cards billable address as the shipment address, get rid of them. cancel the order and ban the asshole. they know what the site says and dont give a crap except trying to rip you off.
