It sounds like the same person from before, the excuse is the same thing. The bitch had no problem going to the mail box and getting the mail in the first place. That is just a bullshit excuse for her to steal the item from you. She's disabled from the chin up! She gets no refund until the product is in your possession in its original condition. I would just say point blank she's purposely committing mail order fraud and you'll report her to the postal inspectors off and local police department and that you have her attempted documented in writing.
