Buyer bought two LED parking lights for $19.99US and tried to use it for the interior.
Then complaint they did not work.
Returned for refund and opened ebay dispute and asked for $19US refund.
We respond saying the refund will be less $4US to cover the shipping and packaging (we offered $15.99US refund).
Buyer did not check the email from ebay for 4 days and then left us a negative.
Please don't think customer is always right!!!
