Policies clearly state we send all emails to the email address stated on the PayPal account. This worthless asshole files a dispute for non receipt of merchandise for a $3 item because he says he didnt receive anything (emails). Then this asshole files a dispute purposely and goes to play games trying to make it appear that he's filing for an illegal dispute was nothing but his way of using PayPal disputes as a chatroom. This is another asshole that has a PayPal account that plays bullshit games trying to intfer with a sellers operations. This moron is too stupid to read anything and yet still says numerous times oh yeah I read and agreed to it. Then in his dispute this idiot still insists on having all communication send to another email address other than the one stated on the account. We have had enough of morons like him.
